This set contains all items to make a successful Jampak installation: injection gun, Jampak compound, Seal-Cage, etc.

The TEADIT JAMPAK installation kit contains everything one needs to successfully install the JAMPAK system. All that is additionally needed is a few metres of braided packing in the correct cross- section, to be used as top and bottom rings on the outside of the Seal-Cage.

• 1 - Hydraulic JAMPAK Injection Gun: rated to 10,000psi (700 bar) with specially modified funneled end cap for easier flow of compounds, including 4oz. can of hydraulic fluid, 3/8” X 12” hose, JIC fittings.

• JAMPAK 27 injectable packing:
1x 1 kg tin, plus 2 sticks (250g each)

• 1 - 24” Teadit Seal-Cage for packing cross-section of your choice: 3/8", 7/16", ½", 9/16", 5/8" or ¾" (bigger sizes on request only)

• 1 - Master pin-pack Brass pins to adjust seal-cage height: 12 pins each in 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 1 5/8”, 1 7/8” and 2” length

• 1-Mitre-Box with saw & knife (for precise and straight cutting of seal cage)

• 1 - Sure-Cut packing cutter (for cutting packings with 45 °or 90° cut)

• 1 - Sure-Cut maintenance kit with replacement blade and ceramic pocket sharpener

• 1 - Packing tamping-tool set: 1 - 5/16” Delrin® rod with easy grip 1 - 3/8” Delrin® rod with easy grip

• 1 - Packing extraction-hook set: 1 - 3/16” stainless steel hook with easy grip 1 - 1/4” stainless steel hook with easy grip

• 1 - Packing extractor: To facilitate removal of used packing rings and Seal-Cage

• 1 - Jampak Installation CD-Rom with text, pictures, videos and sound
